PSP Sepulka v0.7C: Load Plugins for Specified Games

The developer C4TurD4Y, in competition at PSP Genesis Sepulka changed again, prx that lets you select which plugins to start every single homebrew present on our Memory Stick. The release today, which updates the plugin to version 0.7c, fixes some bugs and introduces support for the PSP Go
