PSP PSPInstaller V4.1: Replaced Eboot.pbp

The coder spike_132000 returns to update his PSP Installer, famous application that allows you to download and install homebrews directly on the PSP using the WiFi connection of the console.
This new version brings some improvements: they are fixed some bugs and a new graphical interface is presented along with some sound effects in the menus.
