Nintendo DS nesDS V0.45a V2: Nintendo Emulator

nesDS, the open source NES emulator currently being maintained by huiminghao, has received an update and is now 0.45a_v2.

Changelog:
Adjusted the sound FREQUENCY, plays better now.
PCM was disabled when there are too many i/o writes.
