PS3 3.55 Blocked DNS Trick

Sony recently blocked the primary and secondary 63.202.81.137 Trick to get back on PSN using 3.55 and without updating.
Sony pushed this fix as a way to show that PS3 Software is going to be protected and has begun to go against all hackers.

You have 2 Options:

1: Wait for Hackers to Find a Quick Fix
2: Buy a New PS3 to NOT hack
