New tweak in Cydia, fsWipeCache, works by wiping the folderswitcher cache that apple added in IOS 4.1 and above. This cache prevents theming and folderswticher image and must be cleared before it can be customized. Apply a theme with a folder image and then run this application to allow the folder to be themed. Requires IOS 4.1 or Higher. Free on Cydia. Search for it.
