PSP CFW 6.37ME-6: Ability to Format Flash0 and Flash2

Updates from the coder neur0n now seem to have become a constant. This time the Custom Firmware 6.37ME, now in version 6 is enriched with the ability to format flash1 and Flash2 through RecoveryMenu.
