PSP OpenIdea ISO Loader v0.2 Beta 3 for 6.20TN HEN

New update from Dridri for his OpenIdea ISO Loader, developed by ISO Loader 6.20 TN. Currently, this loader can load the backup is in ISO format and after prior conversion to EBOOT.
The version v0.2 Beta 3 does not improve compatibility, but is faster loading from XMB and was resolved when the freeze of the PSP were present many ISO.
