PSP QuickBoot Test 7 Released

This plugin lets you boot other GAME/POPS while in a game without returning to the XMB.

Changelog:
- Added support for iso.
- Added icon.
- Added UMDMODE to ini

Controls:
NOTE Button to open the menu.
CROSS to execute.
CIRCLE or NOTE to close menu.
You can change the configuration by editing ms0:/seplugins/quick_boot.ini using pc.
