PS3 PKG Toolkit GUI v1.30 Released

Today developer $n!pR has released an updated version of PKG Toolkit GUI. Check out the release notes, the changelog and the download link below.

Release Notes:
Updated the tool to work with scetools. Please test and report back. I removed the old tools so if scetools doesn't work with older firmware I might add them back.

Changelog:
- Now using scetool to encrypt/decrypt ELF/SELF files.
- Added support for 4.21/4.30
- Version 1.30 has removed old programs used to sign 3.40/3.55 SELF files.

Please report if app works with 3.40/3.55
