IPhone Four Random Developer Icons on Springboard

After about 40 minutes leaving my iPhone 4 on and constantly updating the blog my iPhone 4 had given me these 4 icons. While I am unsure of how I did it or what steps I took I am not sure what good this will do.

Update: After further research the files lay with the Raw File System's Applications.. I don't know who told them to show though. I recently did not install anything from Cydia or the App store because I read that might be why they would have popped up.
