PSP CXMB 3.71 - 6.39: Seplugin to Set Custom CTF Themes

Neur0n has released the latest update on the seplugin CXMB. It brings support for 6.39. The only CFW available for 6.39 is ME V2 created also by Neur0n and is only available for Phat 1000 or Slim 2000 models.
