PSVITA uxPKGinstaller Released : Install Packages from ux0

Today developer SKGleba has released a new homebrew named uxPKGinstaller for the Playstation Vita. Check out the release notes, changelog and the download link provided below.

Release Notes:
Hi guys, i was bored so i made a mod of original pkg installer.
Simply install vpk and start&close - installation process finished :-)
To install a pkg, simply put it in ux0:/dlpackage and install via pkginstaller.
NO TESTKIT MOD NEEDED
