Today developer dragaron has released a new homebrew named Blackout V1.00 for the Playstation Vita. Check out the release notes, changelog and the download link provided below.
Release Notes:
BASIC INFORMATION
There are a total of 25 puzzle lights
Touch a light to turn on / off all the adjacent lights
When all 25 lights are off, the puzzle is completed
50 puzzles to choose from, with an unlockable puzzle solution
CONTROLS
TOUCH: Touch lights to switch between states ON / OFF
L & R: Choose the current puzzle
SELECT: Show / hide the completed puzzle solution in less than 999 moves
START: Reset the current puzzle
Blackout creates a "config.ini" file at the first boot that is used to store the settings; do not edit this file
When "Show Solution" is enabled, touch once each light outlined (yellow) to complete the puzzle
All the resources for the game have been tailor-made using Gimp and Audacity
