Open Cydia
Go to Manage then Sources
Add Source ihacksrepo.com
Search SbRotator for (3.xx, 4.xx, 5.xx)
Please Note these are cracked version and are not helping in supporting the developer. I have deleted mine after this video. It is $1.99 on Cydia.
Also note that SBRotator is kinda buggy use with Caution. I have froze my device many times and you have to hold down the power button and turn it back on.
You can Adjust speed and animations for rotating in the Settings.app.
