PS3 Waninkoko Releases FWTool

Waninkoko, released source to a tool called FwTool, which is based off of Geohot's dePKG. Earlier today, we reported on Geohot's dePKG here. Geohot's tool allows decryption of official Sony PKG's, but not re-encryption. Waninkoko's tool allows not only decryption, but also re-encryption of Sony PKG files.
