Q: What is 24/7?

A: 24/7 is a new way to put your hard earned PTZ to work for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Every hour of every day, a new auction will launch and it will last for 24 hours. All you have to do is select the prize (or multiple prizes) you’d like to bid on and enter your maximum bid (you can only bid the PTZ you have). The rest of the work is done for you! Members set the prices. You’ll get an email if you’ve been outbid (you can raise your maximum bid) or if you’ve won!

Q: How is it different from general redemptions?

A: General redemptions meant camping for hours (sometimes days!), only to have the most popular prizes be gone in a short time—and we set the prices. You’ve told us that you want a better way to redeem—-and you want to have more time to choose the prize you want. You also want a redemption process that is fair and that rewards our most loyal members with the chance to use PTZ anytime in every time zone. We listened!

Q: What are the advantages of an auction?

A: No camping, no rushing. You can be deliberate about what you choose—and you can bid on multiple items simultaneously. If you don’t see what you want, another auction will go live an hour later—every hour of the day.

Q: Will you still have other redemptions?

A: Yes—we’ll continue to use redemptions as a special benefit for SHOPers and/or members who purchase Ultimate Wallpapers.

Q: Will PTZ levels go up?

A: PTZ levels won’t necessarily go up—they will be based on what our members want to bid. There is no reserve—-all auctions will begin at 1 point!

Q: What prizes will you feature on 24/7?

A: We’ll have a huge range of prizes—in addition to popular physical prizes that we already offer, we’ll also have exclusive experiences that can only be found at Lockerz, as well as the latest and greatest products out there. You can let us know what you’d like to see at newprizes@lockerz.com.

Q: How many prizes can I win a day?

A: You can redeem as many prizes as you like, provided you have sufficient PTZ. All of our Terms of Use apply as usual, of course.

Q: How many auctions a day will you have?

A: 24 a day, 7 days a week. New auctions begin every hour!

Q: What if other people have more PTZ than me?

No worries—remember, you can always earn more PTZ in the usual ways: logging in, answering dailies, inviting friends and by PLAYing at Lockerz. Additionally, we’ll continue to offer Ultimate Wallpapers as a way to increase PTZ earning potential…and when CONNECT launches shortly, there will be MANY more ways to earn.

Q: Do I lose my PTZ for bidding?

No way! Only the member who wins the item actually pays with PTZ. There’s no cost to bid.
