How to install FreeMyiPhone, Clear Memory on IPhone

PEOPLE WITH IPHONE 4 SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS, PEOPLE ARE REPORTING ISSUES WITH THEIR IPHONE 4 AFTER INSTALLING THE SCRIPTS SO STAY AWAY.
Thanks to the excellent work done by boys BiteYourApple, here is a complete guide to installing and using FreeMyiPhone. FreeMyiPhone is a very useful script that, following a jailbreak run with JailbreakMe, frees space for the installation of new tweaks from Cydia. After performing the procedure on IOS 4 with the new tools Comex, in fact, about 80% of the capacity of the flash is used. As mentioned above, this makes it impossible to install many packages from Cydia disregarding the remaining space available.

FreeMyiPhone allows us to recover about 30% of the space through a procedure very easy and quick. Here we propose the improvements in this version and the installation guide.

NOTE: My personall suggestion is that you go into cydia, then manage, then storage and take a look at the numbers and your partition and then compare the numbers when your are done with this guide, so that you know it worked.

News
* The script supports two languages: Italian and English;
* The processes have been sped up;
* Recognition of the device is automatic. The script now avoids unnecessary questions (eg concerning the iPhone 3G Voice Control);
* Improve the answers to questions on the terminal;
* The script runs on IOS 3.1 and higher to support all devices, including older.

What the Script does.
* Removal of unnecessary daemons and keyboards;
* Removal of links to some files from system folder to folder private
* IPhone 2G and 3G: deleting files needed to lighten the SpringBoard (shadows in the names of applications) and deletion of unnecessary carrier;
* IPad: delete unnecessary carrier;
IPhone and iPhone 3G * 4: deletion of files related to Voice Control, the Voice Dialer and other unused items.

Requirements

* Any iPhone or iPod Touch Jailbroken iPad;
* An internet connection.

Note: people who have already installed a previous version to the current one, need to uninstall it before proceeding with the guidance proposed below.

Guide

1. Open Cydia, move the tab "Manage" and go to "Sources". Now tap on "Edit" at the top right, and then "Add" to add the source where the script is concerned. Please note also that it is important to uninstall the old version in case you have already installed the package. Then enter this address:

The script is really well made and should not having to set up any issue with regard to its usage. After the procedure, you are strongly advised to restart the device so that the changes are permanently applied.
